We have several years with our camper now V1 #23. We use it on severe jeep trails and sleep on top of mountains. It does everything we ask of it. We use the camper as it came. There is nothing we would change about Mark's design. We had XP do most of the modifications to our truck. Mark's advice for the equipment for our needs was spot on. 6 months full time through the US winter; a mixture of desert camping and boon docking at ski resorts. 12 states, 14,600 miles, min temp: -26°C (-15°F), max temp: 40°C (104°F). The diesel heater ran continuously for months keeping us warm and toasty. The roof vents, fantastic fan and fabric bed surrounds kept us cool in hot weather. My wife enjoyed the trip so much she accepted my proposal! The XP is so good in so many ways it is hard to do it justice in one short review.
i've owned mine for a year and taken a lot of trips and I love it. Switched from a Sportsmobile Sprinter 2WD because I wanted 4WD with some strength behind it. Ram 3500 does the trick.
