I received my order for 4 ink cartridge's and I am very disappointed. When I finally received them the boxes said they were for my printer which is what I ordered. I noticed that they didn't look quite the same and discovered that they are not the correct cartridges. Very poor quality control!
Order Never Received! No contact with customer service after calling, submitting a contact request on their website, and sending a direct email to customer service. Paid EXTRA for 2 day shipping and still never got my order. Now, I can't them to respond to me. Very upset. I want a full refund, appears I may have to file a claim with my bank!
