I went to the salon on 5/10/2014 to have my tape in extensions taken out and put back in and to get color with Irene Mayster. An appointment like that should take 3 hours max, it took 6 because she had no idea what to do with the extensions. The color she did was good however she lacked knowledge in tape in extensions. Less than 1 hour after I walked out the extensions started coming out. Over half were out 2 hours later.
