i went here because my usual at home tech couldn’t take me and i was in a crunch. i got a pedicure which was good but the color i wanted from pictures was not how it turned out but that wasn’t a big deal. for my mani, i had asked for a white french because the color was not the same as the pictures (i wanted matching mani and pedi colors) but my tech insisted on doing the same thing even though i had told him twice i wanted a white french. he told me no worries i can match the picture and proceeds to file close to my cuticle... read more
Had a great experience at XOXO Nail & Spa! I got a full acrylic set, spa pedicure, and waxing services, and everything came out amazing. The salon was clean, relaxing, and the staff were super friendly and professional. Lina did an amazing job!
Absolutely the WORST nail salon experience I have ever had. I’m a full-time working mom with 6-month-old twins, and today—on my birthday—I finally carved out time after 4 exhausting weeks to do something for myself: a simple fill with red French tips, which is my go-to. I even showed a reference photo. What I got was not French at all. The tech literally painted half my nail with no curve, no shape—nothing close to what I asked for.
