The first guy who did the installation was great and very nice talk to. However after a year and few months later, siding are starting to fall down, probably due to strong winds. Called the customer service to come take a look at it but no response for a week. Had to call another installer to fix it
We played phone tag for a week and a half trying to set a date. I get a call on Saturday morning saying they can be there in 30 minutes - they showed up 2 hours later. They started setting up for 5 minutes and then all the sudden packed up and rushed off. I get a text saying "sorry, had to leave, can't do the job". They ignored my calls. I guess the job wasn't big enough or worth their time. Thanks for wasting mine
