About this business
We purchase cacao grown on small farms through the Americas and East Africa above fair trade standards. Then we roast, stone-grind, temper and hand wrap our bars all in our micro-factory located inside Krog Street Market. Our chocolate is made with two ingredients: cacao and organic cane sugar. That means there is no added cocoa butter or soy lecithin in any of our bars and they are all gluten, soy and dairy free.
