Love the grain free French bread, in fact my son says it's the closest thing to flour made French bread and he loves it!! Very nice people and they are happy to help you:)

OH GOODNESS I cannot believe that this bakery has been just around the corner from me and I am just now finding it. A totally dedicated gluten free facility. This is a must for anyone who is in the SW side of Houston.
