I contacted them for some warranty work and they were so helpful and came and replaced the bad sliding door panel. Also was able to supply a screen door for it. They really were nice to work with
The windows installed in our home are faulty and improperly installed. The warranty policy is ridiculous and to add insult technician sent out to inspect the windows was utterly incompetent and tried to be condescending . Wow, as a selling point his final words were "you're getting a deal because you'll pay 5 to $600 to get someone else to replace that window." Marco came out to replace a few of our windows under warranty. He was quick and efficient in the replacement and courteous as well as knowledgeable. It's comforting to know that there are companies like XO windows who not only honor their warranty but employ such capable people. Thanks, XO!
Home is almost 10 years old, seals for Low e between the windows are worn so got them replaced. Its pricey so we replaced 6 windows and a 1 sliding glass door for now and doing the other 8 after. Marco and Corey were great with the installation, customer service and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the work that were done. Thank You!
