VERY disappointed!! I went here a few days ago because I needed immediate service, and they weren’t busy. I usually go to Love Nails, but they were pretty busy at the time. I was recently told that the two locations were connected and have been receiving texts with discounts from XO NAILS, so I felt like I was welcome to take my services there!! WRONG!! Me and a friend decides to do walking pedicures to treat ourselves. She had been here before, I hadn’t. This was the worst experience I have had while getting a pedicure. He put my feet in cold water when asked for warm water he barely added any. He scrubbed a few seconds and pointed for me to put my feet in the water.
