I moved to Iowa just over a year ago and shopped around for 6 months for a new nail salon. Aftwr trying about 8 different salons, I found that XO nails was the only place that listened to me and did my nails exactly how I like them. The staff is friendly and even when they are busy (which is ALL the time) they are always willing and able to fit in a walk-in. They have a customer for life in me.
Prompt friendly service
Long wait even with an appt. They don't listen to what the customer wants AND kept trying to upsell even when I told them I was not interested. In less than a week the shellac nails are already chipping.
Terrible. Polish all over my skin, nails damaged. I went in for polish. Just polish. Literally could have done a better job myself AND not damaged my nails in the process.
