I’ve been a going to Vanessa for 4 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails. She’s always on point, super detail oriented, and makes every set look amazing. Beyond her work, she’s just a great person and truly cares about her clients. 10/10 every time!

Very disappointed with our visit to XO Nails in West Des Moines. I clearly communicated specific requests multiple times, but they were ignored, and the technicians were rude and pushy. My daughter also paid $20 for a basic polish, and it started peeling off in large chunks within three hours. Between the poor customer service and low-quality work, we will not be returning.
Got my nails done 2/15 and 4 days later they are completely lifted and breaking. The lady was very rough to the point I was wincing in pain. There is even a chunk of skin she cut out. Cleanliness was less than. Completely dissatisfied with the service.
