Came here a week ago for a fill. Set was so terrible that the acrylic broke after only 3 days?! Didn't have time to come back before today. In the meantime another nail chipped and acrylic started lifting on another nail. Showed up at 9:40am, didn't get done until 11:25am?! One color on all nails, then I was over charged for fixing the terrible job the last girl did a week ago. Bad experience. Time to find a new nail shop.
Queenie and Amara (not sure if I spelled her name right 😅) but they are AMAZING! Didn’t feel rushed. I didn’t make an appointment just walked in after work. It was busy but I didn’t wait too long. A variety of color selections. All the ladies in here have been amazing. Update: went in seen a different lady (forgot her name) and she chose build a gel, never had it done before. If you like to be treated with respect, don't waste your time. The frequently split up groups to take new walk-ins, and they will physically sit your chair up instead of asking to not recline. If you decide you no longer want a service, and wait while the rest of your group is serviced- they make it their mission to make you and your group uncomfortable. Maybe it was just a bad time to get a service.. 🤷 At least they had cute music and a clean area.
YEN Is a amazing manager she helped me and gave me good advice on how to make sure my nails stay looking fresh. definitely coming back in three months
Not a good experience they use cold wax, never remove all the hair which they’re supposed to do, very rude and unprofessional and if you make complaint they will tell you that you are not a nice person for making complaint very unprofessional and liars, i paid and i have receipt and if you blame me for making complaint of your fault then please learn how to take accountability and teach your staff how to do things they’re getting paid for
