The staff member who did my nails seemed inexperienced; they were clumsy during the shaping and finishing stages. I opted for a "cat-eye" style, but the effect didn't turn out right—it’s impossible to tell whether it’s cat-eye or just regular glitter. To make matters worse, the nails started lifting in less than a month—something that has never happened to me before. It feels like I just threw $100 away. Been going to XO Nail since they've opened, I don't go anywhere else! Yen, Lily, and her staff do a great job of nail care, whether it comes to mani's, pedi's, facials, head spas, XO Definitely has it all!
I love coming here! I'm able to get in without appointment. The ladies are always very welcoming and do grat work.
I had the worst experience in this place , they changed the girl that was working on me for someone else and she had no experience what so ever and she did a horrible job my gel manicure it started to peel after a week and I was charged $136.00 .
