I can’t rave enough about XO bridals. I went twice to find my dress and couldn’t have done it without Samantha and Jerikka . Samantha, thank you for everything, you’re one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. Jerikka, you have a beautiful store and an amazing team. You’re doing amazing work here and XO bridal is exactly the bridal shop this area needs. Update - I got pictures back and wanted to add them to the review, I can’t thank XO and their team enough.
XO was recommended to me by multiple people and I was so excited to go and search for my wedding dress. Although we did find my dress there, unfortunately our experience was terrible. The first day we went to look it was very rushed and very unprofessional in the way things were presented. When we did find my dress and it came in there were multiple avenues of miscommunication between the employees and I concerning my dress, where it was and when I could come in for alterations. Buying my dream dress through XO Bridal was an amazing experience. Jerrika was so sweet and helpful. There was a slight stress in the process of scheduling a seamstress, but as soon as I mentioned it, she was quick to assure me that she would handle it. She is so professional and will go above and beyond to make sure your experience is as stress free as possible. Great experience getting a tux for my firs gala. Got me fitted correctly the first time without hassle and had a large selection of suits to choose from. My wife found a stunning dress and we even found something for my 3 year old daughter to wear. Owner was very helpful with a great staff.
I had such a wonderful experience in there getting my wedding dress, was super professional and helpful and helped me feel amazing. The women that helped me with the dress was wonderful and so kind. The owner herself was so lovely and made it very nice and easy to get the dressed order. Highly recommend and will recommend to my friends and family
