I was having difficulty registering for a GIC account with Mcan, because of my age and my learning difficulties. I was ready to give up on the process but fortunately for me Sparsha Sasihithlu from Mcan showed professionalism, patience and empathy and I was registered in no time. Because of her service I intend to invest largely with Mcan.
I made a payment frequency change to my mortgage online and thought I had been pretty thorough in going through the “fine print”. I changed from monthly to accelerated bi-weekly. Nevertheless, I was still left with a fairly hefty surprise when I was still charged the monthly amount on top of the new bi-weekly payment the following month. After receiving an acceptance letter to get a mortgage, they dropped it after I switched to a better career that it was planned for over a month to move positions from one company to another one. Now I don’t have a place to live as of next week because I’ve rented my place! Provided all the information to them and more they didn’t even call my new employer!
