Overall, their platform is very easy to navigate and it’s super easy to make lump sump payments. Now, customer service is something else entirely. Getting an answer from our renewal officer (Connie) was difficult. She would only respond to some emails and didn’t even acknowledge receiving our renewal documents. I have been with them for several years now. Very good. I had a fire at my house and Fara was great through the whole ordeal. They have decent rates and care about their clients. I really love MCAN, i think they have stellar service, and stand above all the other mortgage companies! I am very happy with them!
What a bunch of ignorant incompetent idiots! We did everything they asked us to do. We signed the contract and were told we would have our money by Oct 14th. Today is Nov 4th and they decided to reneg in the contract! I didn't know that you could just null and void an actual legal contract. I guess we will see what the lawyer says! Do not deal with this pathetic company. They will harass your employer as well to no end! Despicable!!!!
They messed up our mortgage 3 times. And we are first time home buyers, we do not have spare money to be throwing in our mortgage more than the agreed amount. They’re refusing to remove us from the accelerated BI-Weekly when no where in our agreement we wanted accelerated payments. Mike is an unprofessional. When he called to let me know our mortgage is $300 more, I started crying saying it’s impossible and he “laughed”.
