Wife got a new (to us) truck. Truck was too quiet. Could barely hear it even at WOT. After calling around, I brought it to XM. They took care of me pretty quickly and my wife LOVES the way her truck sounds. Everyone wins. If I ever have any vehicle problems, they will be the first shop I call. Thanks again!
I recently brought my car here after having a nightmare of a time with my local LEAVENWORTH FORD dealership. After spending over 4 thousand dollars where the car was purchased and still nothing solved, and in fact problems made worse after the work done at the dealership, I was looking for any suggestions where I could get a second opinion. all good things to say about this business. every single person employed there has been extremely nice & helpful to me. dealing with issues for 5+ months & my dealership has essentially done nothing to help. took my car here for a 2nd opinion & it was the best decision. diego is very knowledgeable & does not bs you! he is very trustworthy. he went above & beyond for me so i didn’t have to deal with shady techs at my dealership shop. i would be lost without the help of diego. you will not regret taking your vehicles here!
