Very professional and affordable!
We just had our home and barn washed by XLT Finishes. The crew arrived and worked all day using soap and hot water with steam - removing 27 years worth of dirt, including removing algae growth on all north-facing surfaces. They even cleaned the concrete garage approach, porches, and all of our railings and posts. The house looks beautiful. We highly recommend this company. (The picture shows the front of the garage all soaped up!)
Was over my head on a project trying to get 9 layers of sealer off my decorative concrete patio. Found XLT to be responsive to my situation, effectively removed the remaining layers of sealer using their hot-water based power washing system all at fair and reasonable price.
I am a very satisfied customer! They really know how to deliver customer service.
