Best straight shooting mechanic I've been to
They have had my car for years back and forth saying warranty work is needed they lie steal your money and give you a car back that looks likes its sat out side with the windows down in a rain storm brake your dipstick off In the block them don't answer or give you a call back. Fight you in picking the car up and more. I highly suggest you do not bring your car here unless you're just trying to scrap it after paying thousands of dollars in repair. We supposedly had our struts replaced for the second time. The problem with our vehicle persisted, so we took it to another mechanic. They took pictures and told us the struts were never replaced. We spoke to the owner of XLNT, Chris, and he said the other mechanic didn't know what he was talking about and assured us he did the work. He also said he would order new struts, since they were under warranty. We trusted him, as we felt we had a friendly relationship with him. If I could give negative stars I would. I contacted this shop for a simple press out press in job for a wheel bearing. Was initially quoted less than an hour of shop labor which sounded great. First off XLNT didn't have the right size tool to press out my bearing. So instead of giving me my part back "Josh" ran it down the street to C&M and had them do the work. They hardly ever answer their phone and when they do they say that they will call you back by end of business day but they don't... they have had my vehicle for over 2 months and keep telling me it's going to be ready in a few days and then it's not.. I'm a single disabled mom and need my vehicle but they won't give me a clear answer of when I will be getting it back
