Spot on!!! They helped me in a pinch, stayed late to finish, and took the time to ensure the job was completed thoroughly, and correctly! Excellent customer service and solid in my book!!!
They have had my car for years back and forth saying warranty work is needed they lie steal your money and give you a car back that looks likes its sat out side with the windows down in a rain storm brake your dipstick off In the block them don't answer or give you a call back. Fight you in picking the car up and more. I highly suggest you do not bring your car here unless you're just trying to scrap it after paying thousands of dollars in repair. My car blew a head gasket and not only did they do an excellent job at replacing the head gasket but Chris the owner also noticed that one of my plugs was cross threaded and not all the way in so he also replaced my plugs and recharged my a/c, he did an excellent job and i would highly recommend XLNT Automotive
Very unprofessional and tbh i don’t know how they’re in business. Josh will say one thing on the phone and then completely go against his word in person. The Redmond Police are familiar to answering calls at this business and cant legally help with anything unless there is a claim going. They will take 3 days to do a half day job and lie to you about it the whole time. These are all things i noticed from the side when my boyfriend got his car worked on.
