They hardly ever answer their phone and when they do they say that they will call you back by end of business day but they don't... they have had my vehicle for over 2 months and keep telling me it's going to be ready in a few days and then it's not.. I'm a single disabled mom and need my vehicle but they won't give me a clear answer of when I will be getting it back
Anybody pick up phones at this place? Mailbox full phone just rings and rings and rings and then goes to mailbox full.
They have had my car for years back and forth saying warranty work is needed they lie steal your money and give you a car back that looks likes its sat out side with the windows down in a rain storm brake your dipstick off In the block them don't answer or give you a call back. Fight you in picking the car up and more. I highly suggest you do not bring your car here unless you're just trying to scrap it after paying thousands of dollars in repair. Spot on!!! They helped me in a pinch, stayed late to finish, and took the time to ensure the job was completed thoroughly, and correctly! Excellent customer service and solid in my book!!!
