My car has been in the shop for almost 2 months now after them saying it would be done soon🤦♂️ all this even after a friend referred me to the shop, bad communication and doesn’t seem to really care for customers, the lady’s on the phone were always nice tho.. gonna be picking up my car soon thanks for holding it!
brought my car here in july due to my subframe coming out (previous work hadn’t had issues before). they never contacted us until we went in to ask them about it. they had no information at first and said they would call and never did we have come in time and time again and still nothing we have gotten multiple different responses on needing to be towed it or if it can be given. we never asked them to fix my car they proceeded to do so then charged us $850+ for labor. it has been 5 months and i still don’t have my car. chris... read more
Most unprofessional shop I have ever seen. Has had my girlfriend’s car for over 4 months. They said they fixed it charged us over $800 we got here to get it and said nothings been done to it and it’s undriveable so we paid that much for them to “store it” when they never got ahold of us.
Took my Truck in on Friday. Received excellent service. My experience was awesome. They got my Truck fixed in a timely Manner. The customer service was world class. I have delt with macanics for year's By far the best customer service I have ever received. I would rate them as the best shop in town. They have earned my business.
