Recently, I purchased new Trailers from XL and my tire blow out on my trailer and breaking everything metal and everything inside and the lights as well. How is this possible?
I was very good customer for XL , purchased many many trailers from them. Now when i have some issues with the trailers, and they can be fixed under the warranty , the warranty department is coming up with different excuses just to not fix them. I had multiple problems with cylinders, axels seals now i have a issue with pony motor on brand new trailer which they just ignore me to fix it. Now they lost one customer.
I’ve had my trailer at the factory for repairs since November 2024 due to a accident I have owned xl trailers for over 30 years while I like the trailers the service department is lacking in communication skills will not return calls on progess of repairs extremely disappointing maybe I’ll hear from one day 😡😡
