I’ve had my trailer at the factory for repairs since November 2024 due to a accident I have owned xl trailers for over 30 years while I like the trailers the service department is lacking in communication skills will not return calls on progess of repairs extremely disappointing maybe I’ll hear from one day 😡😡
DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! Raises are promised, and after signing a paper stating they will be effective January 2nd. The following week after being promised these raises, and both parties signing raise papers, the company has a meeting and takes them away. When simply asked for a copy of this signed document, it was said they would find it. 10 minutes after getting home a phone call is received stating an employee that has been there 2 years, only has 2 points and 1 write up, just had a performance review with a promis... read more
