The realtor was very honest about the property that I was inquiring about, I made an offer, he contacted the seller right there on the spot, and they accepted my offer. Another realtor at some other realitie company, was very mad at him for not contacted them with my offer, they were trying to get me into a bidding war with somebody else to drive up the price and inflate the property which in my book is devious and deceptive, be careful about the realtor that you choose to represent you in any purchase of property.
