I live in Australia, my family have been using XL for the management of a property we own and lease on the upper west side. As overseas owners, finding a great property manager is critical. We have trusted XL with the management of our property for over 5 years, and they have done an excellent job protecting and maintaining the quality of the property, and reporting on, and addressing all matters that come up in a prompt and highly efficient manner. I would thoroughly recommend XL.
Completely abysmal, unprofessional and disastrous service provided by XL. We were supposed to start a lease at the first of the month and were told that apartment would be ready. We find out that fridge isn’t working, dishwasher isn’t working, things are broken everywhere and the supposed property manager hasn’t even been to the apartment to supervise supposed work being done but was in the process of placing orders for parts on the day that our lease was supposed to start. I cannot overstate how happy we were with XL Property Management. I can't think of any other business I’ve dealt with where I experienced a culture of service as I have here: a consistent attitude of helpfulness and engagement with the job at hand that was evident in every interaction and that one just doesn’t come to expect anymore.
