It is with great sadness I express my poor experience at XL Auto on Cartwright in Missouri City, TX. I went to the store looking for 4 auto parts for my vehicle. The male manager on duty, before I could even ask for what I wanted said I should call the call center instead. As I truly understand this may be normal protocol, the store was completely empty and they had the capacity to look up the parts themselves.
