Poor customer service!!!!! I called to ask for some parts, they asked if I have an account, I say no so they transfer me to some one else. Then that person hangs up on me. I called back and tell the one that answers what just happened, and he says that I probably got hanged up on because I dont have an account. So now if someone dont have an account with them they get treated differently??? My money is worth the same as the ones that have an account.
