Just spent 209.00 on parts and gave that location 5 stars but this location is trash. I called and had questions about parts and they hung up on me and didn't answer the phone . I had to get a ride to go back to Jensen location because Airline is unprofessional, incompetent and disgraceful. I wouldnt call that number again for this location because it's pointless they ignored my calls. That isn't professional and I'm a paying customer so yes I'm very mad. The service was slow when I went due to only 1 counter person. He helped by ordering the part I needed however I don't think I will buy from them again because they don't have customer information stored on previous purchases that may have warranty. I got my part when he said it would arrive but knew I had a warranty but had to repurchase the item completely.

Very good service, they had my part ready the very next morning, luckily I had to take it back because I didn’t need it anymore and they made the refund process pretty quick. If I have to add something I’d suggest to remodel the store, it got stuck in 1985… some seats maybe?
