We entered on Trumbull for a UConn game and the old Civic Center bones are still there under the PeoplesBank banners. Lower-bowl seats were steep enough that I didn't mind sitting a section back, though the concourse concessions backed up at halftime. Afterward the downtown sidewalks emptied toward the garages faster than the arena lights dimmed.
The Hot Wheels Monster Truck Glow and Fire Stunt Show was awesome.
Kids loved the monster truck show.
It's a very nice arena. Think of a smaller version of Madison Square Garden (NYC). But much smaller But not tiny
