XL Building Services fails to pay subcontractors. Tom Fillhaus of XL Building Services does not pay his subcontractors. XL Building Services contracted my firm to do some carpet cleaning and then failed to pay the invoice. We have sent him 3 invoices, a statement and placed a phone call to him. We have recieved no response from him and have not been paid yet.

Owner is dishonest and incompetent XL Building Services changed ownership in 2012. Tom Fillaus is the new owner, and he has destroyed the company in just a few months. He is one of the worst business owners I have ever dealt with. He doesn't provide the supplies his cleaners need to do their jobs. He is incompetent and has lied to me at least a couple of times. Had to buy my own supplies... The new owner of XL, Mark Goldner, has very little to offer. Pays his employees late, pays his employees inaccurately. I worked at some of XL's accounts over a year and had no cleaning supplies delivered, Had to buy my own.
