This place is overwhelming. There are so many items to look at, which is good for choices and selection. It can be very busy, so when I went, I had to wait a while for anyone to even notice that I needed help. The guy who did help me was very nice, but kept commenting on how dirty my ring was (I know, I need to get it cleaned).
