An amazing experience - something worth going out for – Service began before I even left work. Not entirely familiar with the Kent area, I called them for directions and they easily and clearly provided directions that were so easy to follow, I felt completely comfortable the whole way in. You can't find a better tea shop anywhere that I know of. – This Tea shop is like no other that I have every been to. The people who run the shop are friendly and will sit you down to try different teas until you find the ones you like. You can sample just a few or almost as many as you want. They have about 200 types of tea, so the free samples and free education is paramount! They know a lot about the different kinds of teas. Not a good place to visit any more – Last year this tea shop was an absolute delight. I always received a warm welcome, entered a bounty of wonderful goods, and could enjoy a lovely tea ceremony. The perfect tea shop for me. – Knowing nothing about tea, Xiu Xian Tea shop was an amazing find for me. The moment I walked in, Mako, the shop owner, was there to help me. When she learned that I did not know anything about tea, she immediately invited me to sit at a table, where she proceeded to make me lots of different types of tea. Xiu Xian Tea needs to be experienced – Yuliya and Mako, two incredible ladies, welcome everyone through their door as friends and family, to a world of health by learning about and sampling many varieties of tea at thier unique tea table. Their knowledge of teas and products have to be experienced. Once a year, the owners, Mako and Robert, go to where the tea is grown and buy directly from the growers. Incredible Tea – While dropping some movies off at Blockbuster, I decided to check out the tea shop next door that had recently opened. Walking in, I was immediately greeted with an excellent atmosphere and excellent service. Seeing what seemed to be loose tea in bags, I enquired as to how I am supposed to brew it. This led to being shown the brewing, an invitation to sample anything I like, and my purchase of a nifty brewing cup along with a variety of tea. Best tea shop I especially love! – Educating the customer. There is so much people don't know about tea, just brewing it the right way is so important. A Calm in the Middle of any Storm – First off, Thank you Mako and your team for all you do.
