This office/doctor (Dr. Liu) has absolutely NO time management skills. They are ALWAYS 60-75 minutes behind. You can spend all day here for a 10 minute appointment. It doesn’t matter which office either. No communication, no apology. Nothing.
I was so blessed to able to meet Dr.Liu. He had done my cataracts and also I had new lenses implant put in. The whole process was wonderful, from the staff. Till the of my surgery.Thank you all
I felt the doctor was not comfortable with seeing me. He gave me the impression that he had been ambushed by my visit. It became awkward the more he explained his instructions.
I just had cataract surgery on both my eyes. Dr. Liu was awesome. He explained everything that would be happening and what I could expect. The surgeries went smoothly both times. I had no pain at all. I would highly recommend him for eye surgery.
