I have been going to this office for a year and I still have yet to meet the doctor. I am really upset about that as I have issues I would like to discuss with the doctor not a PA. Don't get me wrong the PAs are great. There are good things about this office but I don't feel like a patient. And why should I be charged a darn copay when I don't even see the doctor. I will be changing doctors in open enrollment. Would not recommend
Dr Liu is knowledgeable and professional but is always 45 minutes to an hour late seeing his patients with appointments. You arrive for your appointment and sit waiting with at least 4-6 patients with appointments. Your time does not appear to be respected.
The Lincoln, CA office is Wonderful. Professional staff. Dr. Liu is very kind and communicated with me about my tests the same day. Very happy I was referred to him.
