The tech was great and everyone was friendly, however, I didn't feel that Dr. Li had great bedside manner. She only spent about 3 minutes with me and I felt very rushed while trying to ask my questions I had written out before the appointment. I drove 45 minutes for this appointment and expected to have at least 5-10 minutes to ask questions, etc. She was already walking out the door before I could even make sure I got the information I needed.
Dr Li and her entire staffs are very nice and friendly. Dr Li is very professional and caring. I was so happy to visit them to be checked my eyes.
Great eye doctor, strict on punctuality. Very professional knowledge and is pretty friendly. Let's you know what's going on with what is happening with you most doctor's don't explain where you understand. I could have went to other doctors but l believe she knows what is the best for your eyes than any I've talked to.
