After seeing 2 other Drs/tests with no solutions for a year of off-and-on abdominal pain, Dr Zhu did not give up and discovered my problem. She is amazing and an excellent Dr.
this was a second opinion appointment. waited months for this appointment. dr called out sick, waited another 6wks to finally see her. felt completely rushed. when the specific form of my prescription wasnt approved by my insurance company, no one in the office contacted the ins company on my behalf to advocate for the specific form (this is their job-not mine). when i finally left a vm to go ahead with the other form of medication (NOT the one reccommended), miraculously, the script was filled the following day-AFTER TWO WE... read more
