This company is below the defination of garbage, for both customers and workers. They take forever to schedule agreed hours for their customers, and milk the system as much as they can by leaving elderly customers in great inconvenience. They throw your 401K out of window as soon as their workers leave the company, and then lie about 401K policies just to make their own jobs eaiser. This agency never has a home attendant, that speaks ENGLISH. This is an issue for making medical appointments or other appointments. The home attendants also leave messages that they will not be visiting their client or that their client is on vacation and the company does nothing to confirm, they just take their word, as if it has been written in stone. This is not good for a person that is elderly and depends on their assistance. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY. Ruth, the coordinator is great, but she is just one person.
