The worth clinic in Venice .My experience with this dentist was very disappointing. I felt there was a lack of professionalism during my treatment, and I felt my concerns as a patient were not taken seriously. Communication was poor, and I received contradictory information on several occasions, which caused me to lose confidence in the care I was receiving. Very disappointed! I am giving this practice two stars (not zero) because both the front desk representative and the doctor were friendly. I came for a cleaning appointment but realized that this should have been an established patient appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early as requested to fill out some paperwork. However, they did not take me back until 35 minutes after the appointment time. Firstly, they performed the 180 x-ray and mentioned that this might not be covered by my insurance. This dentist is like no other I have been to or heard of! They are so nice and helpful and friendly! I have always been afraid of the dentist but because of their personality and kindness I don’t have any issues of fear! If you are searching, search no more! They are amazing! Put your fears aside and call them! You won’t be disappointed!
