This doctor is unresponsive and very dismissive. After writing numerous emails over the patient portal on two separate occasions. Not only did I have to wait more than five days while sending a request every day, as well as contacting Patient Advocate to get a response from the staff, not a word from her. This doctor is dismissive and unresponsive. Despite providing clear symptoms, she refused to order necessary tests and required unnecessary visits for simple prescription updates which she shouldve updated when I mentioned it during the visit. She also ignored my request to send a prescription for the generic medication she prescribed to a different pharmacy, causing a financial loss of over $300 because I had to pay for the brand name version instead.
