I've never felt more disappointed or mistreated by a medical office in my life - and it's not because of the Dr, but because of the front desk girl, Jenny. She has consistently been rude, unprofessional, and extremely difficult to deal with. Appointments are changed without notice, and she falsely claims to have called to inform patients when, in fact, there's no record of attempt. She quotes random payment amounts that don't align with insurance, never shows you a bill or sends you one, and refuses to coordinate with insura... read more
The sanitary environment is extremely bad, the house is extremely dirty, there are spiders and spider webs everywhere, and the guest files are randomly placed on the ground. It is strongly recommended to close the door and tidy up!!!
Dr. Wu and his wife have always been so respectful and friendly!! Great Doctor!!!!
CALLED IN SO MANY TIMES, ONLY FOR THE AUOTMATED SYSTEM TO TELL ME THEY ARE BUSY AND CALL BACK IN TEN MINUTES. NO VOICEMAIL, NO CALLBACK, NOTHING.
