First visit was fine. Second visit resulted in 2 needles left in my mom's head. We didn't find them until we were in the car. I returned them to the office and Jiang didn't apologize or seem surprised. Third visit resulted in pain from insertion of 4 of the 20 needles and bleeding for which there were no bandages. Fourth visit will be canceled. Jiang has zero bedside manner.
