If you are Black/African American don’t bother coming here, they are not respectful to us! I asked for a UV gel fill with french design using a natural nude base. I was told “Pink French is what comes with French design”. I asked for a pedicure and the young man rushed and was finished in 5mins. I requested another person as he did not clean my cuticles. Powder. I love getting my nails done here. They are very quick and efficient. I do wish with the powder dip. They dipped it first in the base coat for powder and then put the color on a lot of times this step as often missed at most places same thing with the powder topcoat, which is often mess sometimes I think everyone there is super nice super friendly. It’s a really great place to go. The atmosphere is really nice as well.
I have been a customer here for over 6 years. My girl Sarah and her husband Fred are amazing, they do the best job for my powder and acrylic tip manicures. They take their time and make sure the job is done 100% correctly with shaping and filing and design. They also have really good spa pedicures too with everything included like the foot exfoliator, paraffin wax, 10 minute leg massage, scrub and lotion. Went with my mom to get our nails done for the upcoming vacation, needed to be seen right away so went here cz they have plenty of chairs and workers. Got it done quick but very sloppy. I am not a demanding customer so I let it go… visually it was ok. But both our manicures and pedicures chipped off and looked like crap in two days! Never ever in my life did I get such a bad quality materials and work. And it’s not cheap by any means. Fine another salon. Thankfully plenty to choose from
