I heard great things about this nail salon and drove 30 minutes to get my nails done, but unfortunately, the quality was extremely disappointing. Within just a week, my nails started lifting, cracking, and even coming off. my skin around my nails also had a reaction to the gel that was left on my skin. I paid $70 expecting them to last, especially since I got them done for my graduation and they broke before It even happened. I have been coming here for years! This place over books and I'm tired of it. One time ok, 2 times....3 times???!!!! Shame on you. I was a good customer for 7 years. I make an appt for a reason. My time is so very limited with my full time job and taking care of both my ill parents, and I have my own family. You have done this to so many people. I visited this salon for the first time today. I was quite surprised about how busy they were for an early Monday afternoon. There must have been at least fifteen nail techs giving manicures. I walked in without an appointment and was directed to a young man named Kimi. It was by far one of the best manicures I have ever gotten! Kimi was very conscientious about making sure I was pleased with the French manicure I requested. One last thing… he give a great shoulder massage as well!
