called and made appt for 230 for Vivian who is amazing. come in early and was waiting since vivi is busy so they switched me to three diff people for 230 even tho i made an appt. but whenever my appt was running behind previously they’d move me to a diff person to finish it for the incoming person to sit with who they made the appt for.
