I love the Sichuan cuisine of this casual Chinese restaurant in Alhambra. I tried dining in once and two days later I ordered delivery from it.

This review is long overdue. I visited Alhambra several months ago and decided to eat at Xiang La Hui after weighing all of my dining options that evening. I'm glad I did because it was a great experience. Even after all of these months I'm still thinking about the food! Everything was hot, nicely plated, and tasted just right. Yum! We were actually on our way to another sichuan food restaurant close by and drove by this place and decided to give it a shot. I’m so glad we did! Most of the food here is delicious and authentic, and it definitely has more of a homey feel. Mapo tofu - delicious, I can just eat this with rice Wonton in chilli oil - also delicious and generous with dumplings Golden corn (basically deep fried corn with salted egg) - surprising standout, must order!
