Watched one of their box trucks cut someone off, turn left without the right away, cutting many people off again. And then they sat at a green light because they were too busy looking down at their phone after it had changed from red. Seems this company can’t deliver packages probably because their drivers are awful
the shipping company you choose to send my carpet with Is hghly incompetent. I still don't have all my carpet. They delivered only 1 peace on Wednesday, they forgot the other one. Then I called to complain and they stated they would deliver the other peace on Friday Well Friday came and went and I never received my carpet. I ordered this on July 12 it is August 3 and I still don't have my complete order.
So i had ordered carpet with home depot and this is the company they used to deliver it.Well they never did i was told it would be delivered monday and it did not come so called and asked what was go on and was told a driver had called off and it would be here Tuesday well Tuesday night called them and told them it did not come again i was promised it would be delivered wensday by 5 oclock and it was not so 3 days i was out of money due to waiting cause I had called off work to get shipment and was lied too.
