Tanisha Robinson is very professional and is an exemplary customer service representative! She is quite knowledgeable about the Xfinity system and gives detailed explanations that are easy to follow! She has a pleasant personality and represents Comcast well! I worked as a customer service representative at Comcast during the early '80s when the company was only in Lower Merion, PA. Tanisha definitely reflects the high level of service that we were trained to demonstrate!
Tanisha was a joy. My wife and I accounts were all confused she helped ensure that we were finally able to get them straight. Tanisha deserves a raise and a promotion. Also the gentleman that greeted us at the door a real professional again deserves praise and promotion.
Tanisha was nothing short of AMAZING ! She literally helped me with the most abundance of care, answered all of my questions & was very patient ! I’m looking forward to her experience every time I come to the store
