My sales technician Taniesha put the BIGGEST smile on my face! I told her about all my failed attempts calling customer services about not being happy with my new phone and wanting to do a trade with spending a little to no money and honey she made it happen. I had Tanisha and what a phenomenal help she was. Got a new phone and she did everything in getting me setup. I came towards the end of her shift and she stayed nearly an hour longer until I was ready to walk the store with my new phone fully switched. Truly a great help she and this store was!
