If you’ve had a bad experience with Xfinity.. come into this store and they’ll blow you away. Best customer service I’ve ever received. Simple, easy, quick… aggressively cheap pricing and they don’t require long term contracts anymore. Tadj and Jeff are the best.. thanks guys! Phone and chat customer service still stink.. the only way to get things done is by coming in the Provo store.
I would give Comcast and Xfinity a negative review if they would allow you to. They expect you to do what you say you’re going to do, But when they say something and you try to hold them accountable for it, all I got was tough shit sorry. Bardhi Ballata I guess is the manager at the Orem store. And that’s all I got from him was tough shit sorry. Tadj was super helpful and quick! He answered our questions and was patient with all 4 of us in his desk. He waited for us to figure things out and was super chill and kind!
If i could give a negative review i would. I have had a line that has been checked out in my backyard that is an Xfinity line, i have called numerous times to get someone to come out and look at it because the line is drooping so far down it has become a hazard for me to work in my own backyard. NOBODY* Has come to remove it. NOBODY* Has come to look at it, and NOBODY* Has called back, i know i have a ticket with them but NOBODY* Seems to care.
