This was perhaps the most incompetent company I've ever done business with.
Xfinity is borderline equal to century link now. The customer service in store is great but there's only so much they can do for the field. We have been without internet since Tuesday (it's now Sunday). We have tried and tried to get a technician out to our home with the soonest quote for one is the NEXT Friday. I work from home so this is not going to fly. After fighting and fighting we finally got a technician scheduled for today (Sunday).
