My experience was overall a frustrating result. Originally I went to the store to cancel our internet due to increased pricing. While there, an employee mentioned that there was a promotion for new phones, lines through xfinity and a bundle for Disney+, Hulu, Peacock, and ESPN+. We traded our phones in, bought screen protectors with a warranty, and thought that was the end. Kelly is phenomenal. She is very professional and personal. She doesnt try to convince you to get something you don't need which is amazing for a phone store. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know the answers shes not afraid to find them out with you. She's also helped me with a business account as well and it was a smooth process that helped me feel supported. Thank you for being amazing!
Bardhi is very smart and knew how to remove the passcode my child put on my phone. Another guy said the only solution was to make an appointment with an Apple store (an hour away). I told him someone helped me remove the passcode before and he said I would have to wipe the phone clean. That would take at least 3 hours and with 2 young kids plus gas and wear and tear this would be very costly. Bardhi gave me a 1 minute solution I could do on my own. After a horrible experience at the American fork store, we came to this location and had the best experience possible. Daniel took care of us and made sure we were completely happy. There were a few technical issues but we recognize that that wasn't his fault and he was so apologetic and so helpful despite all the issues his software was having. Will definitely be going to this location again.
