10/2025 update. Still bad. After phone calls FROM Xfinity AND an e-mail from Xfinity to come to their store AND a discussion with an Xfinity help desk person to go to our Lincoln store to replace our faulty SIM cards, the rude person there argued with me that our phones were fine and refused to replace the SIM cards. I could understand a hoax email, or a fake robo call, but also a discussion with a live person? I repeat again. Stay away from this store. We came in on a Friday to switch our phones.
