Absolute worst customer service phone call I have ever had in my life
I set up cable and a phone over the phone to be moved from one apartment to another. I was told I could pick up the box and phone kit at the store in Plymouth. The store refused to give me the necessary equipment because my name wasn't on the account that I set up for a senior family member. I had the account number, the new phone number with me. And it was being paid for via auto pay. Still no box!! The worst, unwilling to help manager ever. I'm so disappointed.
