Getting supplies from them is impossible. Items are either backordered or they refuse your supply order.
Very easy to get a sales person. However, if you need service or billing, it is not easy. I waited 30 minutes to try and pay our monthly bill and ended up hanging up. Called back and got VM. Nobody has returned my call yet.
I would give them zero stars if I could. This is the WORST company I've ever worked with. We have constant billing issues with them. For example, we were setup on autopay and they never ran it but would all of a sudden charged us 6 months later with an outrageous bill. I asked them many times to fix the autopay issue and then demanded they cancel it after fighting with them for 2 years. They then tried to get me to send them payments through Venmo! The worst company I have ever been associated with. Their bad business practices are effecting my business. Blake will never call and puts on his employees dealing with his bad job as a boss. We are down and the part which is just a toner waste management is back ordered. This place is a joke do not get a copier from them if you want to stay in business.
I getting overage charges and they wont explain it to me, and charged me a late fee from previous year saying I had a late invoice a year ago.
