This is the absolute worst company to work with! Horrible customer service! They do not return calls or emails. Save yourself the aggravation and frustration and look elsewhere for better service. Xerox Business Solutions Southwest has zero skill in the customer service department.

Getting supplies from them is impossible. Items are either backordered or they refuse your supply order.

Very easy to get a sales person. However, if you need service or billing, it is not easy. I waited 30 minutes to try and pay our monthly bill and ended up hanging up. Called back and got VM. Nobody has returned my call yet.

I would give them zero stars if I could. This is the WORST company I've ever worked with. We have constant billing issues with them. For example, we were setup on autopay and they never ran it but would all of a sudden charged us 6 months later with an outrageous bill. I asked them many times to fix the autopay issue and then demanded they cancel it after fighting with them for 2 years. They then tried to get me to send them payments through Venmo!
