All I can say is Wow! Joe and his team are a bunch of stellar individuals. All of the workers were very enjoyable to work with. We had them out to assess our basement issues. For years, we dealt with water when it would rain. In a weeks time they installed a new basement waterproofing system and sealed all of the walls. Joe came out assessed my issues and made it easy for me to understand what needed to be done. I would definitely call Xerothermic again. Thanks again Joe!

Joe and the Xerothermic team addressed my concerns of possible mold and moisture in my crawlspace in a very timely manner, within 24 hours.The cost was by far the most affordable, and they took care of all of my concerns and issues. If you need remediation in a timely manner that is also very affordable, give them a call.
