Bought these off Amazon from orvo. have had a few months and the herl.pull strap ripped out. Xero shoes said they cant help me and neither will Orvo. Have bought 4 to 5 of there shoes over the years. Very disappointed
I was going to put 1 star but the colours are cute and the design is fun but sadly the material sucks and these shoes do not last at all !!! I just wore out pair number 2 and have barely worn them ! Like they lasted maybe 3 months ! And I bought them at the same time thats why I had 2 pairs otherwise I would not have bought a second pair ! A family member bought several pairs thinking they would last and they are all destroyed! Warranty is garbage as says not covered ! Horrid policy of needing to know order # to support warranty and then avoiding the warranty by voiding it after 24 months on unworn shoes.
They are not processing my refund as requested after inadvertently pushing exchange. Even after I tried to correct myself immediately online ans after I contacted support multiple times. The sandal space has a lot of other, better and more supportive vendors. Try somewhere else.
