They are not processing my refund as requested after inadvertently pushing exchange. Even after I tried to correct myself immediately online ans after I contacted support multiple times. The sandal space has a lot of other, better and more supportive vendors. Try somewhere else.
Mens Prio Failed after two months. warranty claim denied. Stay away. I really liked these Prio shoes. This was my first purchase of a Xero product. They were great for 2 months, the rubber slit where the strap loops through the soul broke after about eight 5 mile hikes on easy trails. The worst part is Xero refused their warranty claim because I bought it on amazon. As if the person who shipped it to me is responsible for a poorly made shoe with manufacturing defects. $160 for alpines. Insoles are crap and began crunching up in the shoe on the first day. A couple of weeks later, these are worthless. I will replace with something from walmart which will be much better quality. The shoes are ok otherwise, just the soles are the cheapest I’ve ever seen. I’m surprised that Xero would sell such poor quality products.
I ordered my first pair of these about a decade ago… they weren’t sized correctly and caused trouble. A couple weeks ago I got an email advertising their holiday sale and gave a second chance. First day they were uncomfortable and didn’t seem to work… I emailed them while I wasn’t too happy with the product, and disappointed bc I really love the concept and wanted them to work!
