Applied to a unit and was told it was available, then after applying said it was rented out ! Wasted $45!

I would rather rate this place a zero, I spoke with a Juan and went to see a couple of homes in my area, I spoke to a gardener that was doing the yard and informed me that since this company took over because the "Dr" retired, he said he wouldn't deal with the reality company. the price was good, but all the shady wording in the agreement totally threw me off and after reading that THEY CAN INCREASE YOUR RENT AT ANYTIME, I'm not going forward with my application. I have 1 month to find a home, but I'd rather keep looking.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Prospective renters: look elsewhere. They overcharge & have inconsistent policies. According to my lease agreement, rent is due by the 5th. Xepco will charge a 10% late fee, at any time of the day they see fit, so make sure you pay it by the 4th. Initially, late fees weren’t charged until 5pm. Now I’ve been informed they can apply the late fee at 10am. The late fee is supposed to be on the rent OWED however Sarah will apply the late fee to the TOTAL rent. Xepco is very responsive to our needs as owners. They are professional and timely when responding to requests. We have not had any issues with them and plan to use them for future properties!
