I have been a tenant with this property management company for a little over one year. I gave then 5 Stars at first however I feel that I should revise my review. When I 1st moved in, I had to purchase my own A/C unit for the bedroom as the HVAC unit in the main room would not cool the bedroom. Xepco refused to pay for the air conditioner yet I still gave them a 5 star review since the owner of this property is a nice man.
