Still running a shop on shopify....taking people's orders and money but not sending stuff or responding to emails. Leaving this message in hopes someone responds
I placed an order online Jan 10th, since I have tried several times to reach the merchant with no sucess, today I called a barber shop next door to the merchant today Jan 28 and they informed me that the owner had died recently, so I am tring to get a refund through my bank credit card

Very grateful. I went in with my mother, and the woman gave her a throat lozenge because she was coughing. Then, the two of them started talking. My mother doesn't speak English, and the woman had words in Spanish. Excellent service. I recommend this place if you want to buy souvenirs.
