I am a satisfied tenant with xenon investments corp. They always addressed my questions and any problems in a timely manner. When I left my apartment xenon investments corp gave me no problem with giving me my full deposit back. During the three years I lived there it was a peaceful place to live and friendly and helpful staff.

I lived in an apartment by xenon investments corp for two years and during that two years I was a happy tenant and I truly can’t complain. The staff was friendly and always there to help with any questions or problems I had. I recommend anyone who is looking to move into an apartment building to start out with xenon.

Xenon is always available to help, the staff is polite and the company does what it can for their tenants. The landscaping at my complex is well maintained and apartments are beautiful with great views. Xenon also was flexible with my lease agreement always seem to cater to any issues in a timely manner.

I have lived in the Xenon building for over a year and have never had any problems with the apartment. Manager is very nice and helpful. And the apartment I live in is very nice. This is by far the best rental experience I have ever had in Cali.

Sad to move out – I lived in the Sherman Oaks apartment for few months and it was very nice and quiet environment. The manager was always available when I had any problems and even worked with me on helping me get my deposit back when I moved out. I was very sad to move.

Great Place to Live – I lived there for couple years and the building was well maintained. And any time I had a problem, they were always there to fix it. Can't ask for anything better.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, Do not rent here – The building is a piece of crap, the manager is a(rymes with witch), and it takes about a couple of months if you need anything fixed in your place. They have a spa, but it can't be used. The walls and floors are so thin that if you walk normally across the hardwood floor you'll get complaints about the "excessive noise". Xenon are awful mean and don't care who rents there as long as they get there money. We had a sex offender living in this buliding and they didn't bother to check. The... read more
