I liked my dr there for the longest time. I decided to move on when it became impossible to be seen. Being told to go to urgent care or the er every single time I called. The wait for a sick appointment was 6months. Which is strange because the parking lot was never full.There was never people in the waiting room. I became so disappointed with not being able to be seen.

This place caused me to have a severe mental breakdown. I brought up during a visit that I’ve been depressed lately and she told me it was probably just from my periods and prescribed me an antidepressant. Well that antidepressant caused a severe manic episode which led me to a diagnosis of bipolar. If the doctor actually listened when I told her it wasn’t just while I was on my cycle, then she would’ve realized it was a more serious problem. Psych meds aren’t something you can just hand out like candy.

This office is going to end up killing someone. Their doctors do not like to refer in the Kettering Health system, or to a provider that is in the patients network. They will ask you to provide something and then change their mind. Horrible practice manager. Kettering needs to start cleaning their offices out and start hiring practice managers who know the importance of patient safety by having correct information. I called to switch doctors to Dr. Stofer, he comes highly recommended to me by friends and colleagues. I was on hold for 45 minutes before I finally hung up. I was constantly being told my call was next to be handled. What an unfortunate way to lose a patient before you even gain one.
