I called to switch doctors to Dr. Stofer, he comes highly recommended to me by friends and colleagues. I was on hold for 45 minutes before I finally hung up. I was constantly being told my call was next to be handled. What an unfortunate way to lose a patient before you even gain one.
They make you feel welcome! They’re very attentive and caring!
