It's a great place to workout and I have actually seen results
I can't say enough good things about this place. Super clean, well maintained equipment, TRULY open 24/7, even if it's busy there's plenty of room to work out. Tim is a true professional and has answered any questions I've had, whether it be in person or via Facebook messenger. Tim even set up a training program for me at no extra charge, and I've already made considerable strength gains in all my lifts in only four weeks. As long as I live in or near Xenia, XEF will have a dedicated customer.

This is a great gym. The people that work out here are so amazing and helpful. The owner is great too. Love, love, love this place.
It's a good friendly place. If u have a question about a work out . U can ask any member in there and there always willing to help u out. Great place and people.. And Tim is a GREAY guy. Willing to help and always keeps it really clean and smelling good.. glad to be a member . Way to go TIM.
